Taking out the trash





Good afternoon, good classmates, bloggers, today the blog will have a very interesting post, something that I think we have all suffered or catalog right over suffer, in different ways, but the same disease: stress.






Today, many  chileans claim to have some mental illness, the most usual are stress, depression, some serious TOC, anxiety, alcoholism and drug addiction. I, at the university I have seen the most people stressed, but I have also met people with anxiety, alcoholic people, friends who have lost because they have consumed drugs, friends who have committed suicide because of the great depression they have had for a long time and many TOCs, some very rare and some more "usual" in the poblation.


In the university it is usual to study a lot and always, because of the pressure we feel to have good grades and be able to exempt from the final tests (PREs and exams), then it is not uncommon to see people stressed, and each affects us in a different way, some resist very little and others can withstand this high responsibilityes that we carry, but at some point we collapse.















Some are angry and do not want to talk to anyone, be alone to relax, others prefer to exercise for can to eliminate tension, others boxing to throw away the anger that they carry inside, and many simply cry, because it is something that only happens, do not think about crying , we are so bad that we only cry, the idea would be to vent in some way that we do not affect the rest  and that also has a long-term happiness effect as it is do exercise.




My advice is not to worry much, trust you, and you'll see that anxiety, the stress will be less, and looking for a way to remove all those bad feelings, remove that trash that not serve to be happy.
